Personal responsibility vs nanny state - the debate continues...

The topic of personal responsibility has dominated the news this month, with the removal of the star rating website amidst insufficient justification. Interestingly, research on public opinion about the need for health rankings on food shows they are extremely supportive, even more so than for plain packaging of cigarettes.
