From this page, you can download a copy of the CO-OPS Collaboration Book of Case Studies for Community-based Obesity Prevention.

The impetus for this book of case studies came from the 95 participants at the 2009 CO-OPS Collaboration National Workshop. Contributions to the book have come from CO-OPS members who are 'doing the doing' of community-based obesity prevention.
